Indulge in the velvety, decadent goodness of this 2-Ingredient White Chocolate Whipped Ganache. This easy-to-make recipe yields a silky, creamy topping or filling that’s perfect for cakes, desserts, or simply enjoying on its own.
Ingredients
– 12 ounces high-quality white chocolate, chopped
– 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
1. Place the chopped white chocolate in a medium heat-safe bowl.
2. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy whipping cream over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it just begins to simmer.
3. Pour the hot cream over the white chocolate and let it sit for 2-3 minutes to allow the chocolate to melt.
4. Whisk the mixture together until it’s smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
5. Allow the ganache to cool at room temperature, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a spreadable consistency, about 30-45 minutes.
6. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip the ganache on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
7. Use the whipped ganache immediately as a topping, filling, or dip, or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Notes
– For a thicker ganache, use 1 1/4 cups heavy cream.
– Substitute dark or milk chocolate for the white chocolate if desired.
– Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract or other flavors to the ganache.
