Description

Indulge in the irresistible softness and chewy goodness of these 3-Ingredient Condensed Milk Cookies. With just a few simple pantry staples, you can whip up a batch of these delectable cookies that are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

– 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

– 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and softened butter. Mix until well blended and creamy.

3. Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.

4. Scoop rounded tablespoons of the dough and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden around the edges.

6. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For an extra crunch, you can roll the dough balls in granulated sugar before baking. These cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
