Description

These 3-Ingredient Nutella Brownies are the ultimate decadent and indulgent treat. With just Nutella, eggs, and flour, you can whip up a batch of these rich, fudgy brownies in no time.


Ingredients

– 1 cup (13 oz) Nutella

– 2 large eggs

– 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the Nutella and eggs. Mix well until fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

3. Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

4. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.

5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

6. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before lifting them out using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a richer, fudgier texture, you can reduce the flour to 1/3 cup (40g). These brownies are best enjoyed the same day, but they can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
