Description

This 7 Layer Taco Dip is the ultimate party appetizer! Creamy, zesty, and loaded with all the classic taco flavors, it’s a crowd-pleasing dip that’s perfect for game days, potlucks, and more.

Ingredients

– 1 (16 oz) can refried beans

– 1 (16 oz) container sour cream

– 1 cup salsa

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 (2.25 oz) can sliced black olives, drained

– 1 cup diced tomatoes

– 1/2 cup chopped green onions

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

1. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the refried beans evenly across the bottom.

2. Top the refried beans with the sour cream, smoothing it out to create an even layer.

3. Spread the salsa over the sour cream layer.

4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the salsa.

5. Arrange the sliced black olives over the cheese.

6. Sprinkle the diced tomatoes over the olives.

7. Top with the chopped green onions.

8. Garnish with the fresh cilantro.

9. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or your favorite dippers.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to serve. It’s also easy to customize by adding or substituting your favorite taco toppings. For a spicier dip, use a hotter salsa.
