With over 25 years of experience in kitchens across Latin America, Europe, and the United States, my passion lies in blending global traditions with modern, inventive techniques. My cooking is deeply rooted in my Latin heritage, but it’s also shaped by years of international travel and cultural exchange.
My culinary path began in Mexico City, where I learned the fundamentals of classic technique and the value of fresh, local ingredients. From there, I trained in Barcelona and New York, refining my approach to fusion cuisine and contemporary plating. Those years taught me that food is a universal language — one that transcends borders and brings people together.
