Description

Indulge in the mouthwatering flavors of Air Fryer Garlic & Oregano Lamb Lollipops, a quick and easy-to-make appetizer that will have your guests raving.


Ingredients

– 1 pound lamb loin or leg, cut into 1-inch cubes

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 teaspoons dried oregano

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the lamb cubes, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the lamb evenly.

3. Carefully thread the seasoned lamb cubes onto small skewers, leaving a little space between each cube.

4. Arrange the lamb lollipops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.

6. Serve the Air Fryer Garlic & Oregano Lamb Lollipops hot, garnished with additional fresh oregano if desired.

Notes
