Description

Smoky, spicy Andouille sausage and juicy shrimp come together in these quick and easy skewers, making for a flavor-packed finger food that’s sure to impress.


Ingredients

– 1 pound Andouille sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces

– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

– 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

– Chopped parsley, for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, combine the Andouille sausage, shrimp, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

3. Thread the sausage and shrimp onto skewers, alternating between the two.
