Description

This anti-inflammatory pineapple smoothie is a refreshing and nutritious treat that’s packed with antioxidants and natural ingredients to support your overall wellness.


Ingredients

– 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed

– 1 banana, frozen

– 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated

– 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

– 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

– 2 tablespoons honey

– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk


Instructions

1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.

2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Notes
