Ingredients

– 24 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 3 large eggs

– 1 cup apple cider

– 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Instructions

1. – Preheat the oven to 325°F.

2. – In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

3. – Gradually add the sugar and continue mixing until well combined.

4. – Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

5. – Slowly pour in the apple cider and mix until the batter is smooth and creamy.

6. – Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared graham cracker crust.

7. – Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set.

8. – Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door closed for 1 hour.

9. – Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can add a teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the batter. Serve the cheesecake chilled, and top with a drizzle of caramel sauce or a sprinkle of cinnamon for an extra touch of indulgence.
