Description

Indulge in the ultimate fall fusion of tart apples, crunchy topping, and creamy cheesecake in this divine Apple Crisp Cheesecake recipe. Perfect for cozy gatherings or a special treat any time.

Ingredients

– 24 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– 4 large eggs

– 3 cups peeled and sliced Granny Smith apples

– 1 cup old-fashioned oats

– 1/2 cup brown sugar

– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed

– 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

2. – In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add the granulated sugar and flour, mixing until well combined. Beat in the vanilla, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

3. – Spread the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan. Arrange the apple slices in a circular pattern on top of the batter.

4. – In a medium bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the apples.

5. – Bake for 55-65 minutes, until the center is almost set. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a deeper apple flavor, you can add 1 tsp of apple pie spice to the crumb topping. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgent treat.
