Ingredients
– 6 cups peeled, sliced apples
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. – In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, 1/2 cup of the flour, 1/2 cup of the sugar, and the cinnamon. Mix well and pour into a 9-inch pie dish.
3. – In a separate bowl, mix the remaining 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, butter, and nutmeg until a crumbly topping forms.
