Description

Indulge in the ultimate comfort food mashup with these Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza Rolls! Packed with savory ground beef, crispy bacon, and melted cheese, all wrapped up in a golden-brown pizza dough. These easy-to-make rolls are perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, game day snack, or anytime you crave a delicious and satisfying treat.

Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 (13.8 oz) can refrigerated pizza dough

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp onion powder

– 1 tsp dried oregano

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled, 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

3. 3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to the cooked ground beef. Stir to combine.

4. 4. Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Roll it out into a large rectangle, about 12×8 inches.

5. 5. Spread the seasoned ground beef evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Top with the crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.

6. 6. Starting from the long side, tightly roll up the dough. Slice the roll into 12 equal pieces.

7. 7. Place the rolled slices, cut-side up, on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.

8. 8. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. 9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, you can brush the tops of the rolls with a little melted butter or olive oil before baking. Feel free to experiment with different cheese varieties, such as pepper jack or mozzarella.
