Ingredients
– 8 large eggs
– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
– 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined. Stir in the parmesan cheese, chives, crumbled bacon, salt, and black pepper.
3. Divide the egg mixture evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the egg clouds are puffed and golden brown.
5. Remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the egg clouds cool for a few minutes before serving.
