Description

This Baked Boursin Salmon is a quick and easy weeknight dinner that’s packed with flavor. The salmon fillets are topped with a creamy, herb-infused Boursin cheese mixture, then baked to perfection for a delightful, irresistible meal.


Ingredients

– 4 salmon fillets

– 4 oz Boursin cheese, softened

– 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill

– 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

– 1 tsp lemon zest

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. – Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. – In a small bowl, mix together the softened Boursin cheese, dill, parsley, and lemon zest until well combined.

3. – Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

4. – Evenly distribute the Boursin cheese mixture over the top of the salmon.

5. – Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is lightly browned.

6. – Serve the Baked Boursin Salmon immediately, garnished with extra fresh dill and lemon wedges if desired.
