Ingredients
– 1 round of brie cheese (about 8 oz)
– 2 apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
– 2 tbsp unsalted butter
– 2 tbsp brown sugar
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme, plus more for garnish
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. 2. Place the round of brie cheese in a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
3. 3. In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the apples are caramelized and softened, about 8-10 minutes.
