Ingredients

– 4 ripe pears, halved and cored

– 4 oz. goat cheese, softened

– 1/4 cup honey, plus more for drizzling

– 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries

– 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

– 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg


Instructions

1. – Preheat the oven to 375°F. Arrange the pear halves in a baking dish.

2. – In a small bowl, mix together the goat cheese, 1/4 cup honey, and cinnamon until well combined.

3. – Spoon the goat cheese mixture evenly onto the pear halves.
