Ingredients
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1 cup milk (dairy, almond, or oat milk)
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pistachios
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, honey, chopped nuts, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.
2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
3. In the morning, give the Baklava Overnight Oats a stir and enjoy chilled, or heat up briefly if desired.
