Ingredients
– 2 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
– 2 chamomile tea bags
– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
1. 1. Brew the chamomile tea and let it cool to room temperature.
2. 2. In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen bananas, brewed chamomile tea, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
