Description

Indulge in the soothing and comforting flavors of Banana Chamomile Tea. This homemade beverage combines the natural sweetness of ripe bananas with the calming properties of chamomile, creating a delightful and easy-to-make drink that’s perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Ingredients

– 2 ripe bananas, mashed

– 2 cups water

– 2 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers

– 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)

– 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

1. Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.

2. Add the dried chamomile flowers and let steep for 5-7 minutes.

3. Strain the chamomile tea through a fine-mesh sieve or tea strainer.

4. In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

5. Add the mashed bananas to the chamomile tea and stir to combine.

6. Stir in the honey and cinnamon (if using) until well incorporated.

7. Pour the Banana Chamomile Tea into mugs and enjoy warm.

Notes

– For a creamier texture, you can blend the mashed banana and chamomile tea together until smooth.

– Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less honey.

– Garnish with a slice of banana or a fresh chamomile flower for a decorative touch.
