Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 onion, diced
– 1 bell pepper, diced
– 2 cans (15 oz each) diced tomatoes
– 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
– 2 cups beef broth
– 1 packet taco seasoning
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1 tsp chili powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, chopped cilantro
Instructions
1. – In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled, 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

3. – Stir in the diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, beef broth, taco seasoning, cumin, and chili powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
