Ingredients
– 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
– 2 tbsp black garlic butter, divided
– 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
– 1 croissant, split in half
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. 1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tbsp of the black garlic butter.
2. 2. Add the sliced steak and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly browned and cooked through.
3. 3. Place the steak slices on the bottom half of the croissant.
4. 4. Top the steak with the sliced brie cheese.
5. 5. Spread the remaining 1 tbsp of black garlic butter on the top half of the croissant.
6. 6. Close the sandwich and place it in a skillet or panini press. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the croissant is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
7. 7. Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
