Ingredients
– 2 cups fresh blood orange juice
– 1 cup fresh cranberry juice
– 1/2 cup freshly grated ginger
– 1/2 cup white rum
– 1/4 cup lime juice
– 1/4 cup cane sugar
– 24 fresh mint leaves
– 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
1. In a large pitcher, combine the blood orange juice, cranberry juice, grated ginger, rum, lime juice, and cane sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Add the mint leaves and gently muddle them with a wooden spoon to release the oils.
3. Fill glasses with crushed ice and pour the Blood Orange Ginger Cranberry Mojito’s over the ice.
4. Garnish each drink with a fresh mint sprig and a slice of blood orange.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum and add an extra 1/4 cup of blood orange juice. The ginger and cranberry flavors will still shine through.
