Description

Brach’s Maple Nut Goodies are a beloved holiday classic, featuring a rich, buttery maple-infused candy base studded with crunchy nuts. These bite-sized treats are perfect for gifting, snacking, or adding to your festive dessert spread.

Ingredients

– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

– 1 cup brown sugar

– 1/2 cup maple syrup

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 2 1/2 cups mixed nuts (such as pecans, walnuts, and almonds), chopped

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

3. Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt, and mix until well combined.

4. Fold in the chopped nuts until evenly distributed.

5. Scoop the mixture by the tablespoonful and place them about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.

6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

7. Allow the Brach’s Maple Nut Goodies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store the Brach’s Maple Nut Goodies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. They also freeze well for up to 3 months.
