Description

Start your day with these heavenly Breakfast Sliders featuring savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and a drizzle of sweet maple butter. These quick and easy sliders are the perfect way to brighten your morning!

Ingredients

– 8 slider buns, split in half

– 8 sausage patties

– 8 eggs

– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

– 2 tablespoons maple syrup

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

2. Cook the sausage patties until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside.

3. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your desired doneness, about 2-3 minutes.

4. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter and maple syrup until well combined.

5. Toast the slider buns until lightly golden.

6. Assemble the sliders by placing a sausage patty on the bottom bun, followed by a fried egg, and a drizzle of the maple butter. Top with the remaining bun.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, you can season the sausage patties with a pinch of garlic powder, onion powder, or dried herbs before cooking.
