Ingredients
– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
– 1 cup packed light brown sugar
– 2 cups powdered sugar
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
2. Add the brown sugar and continue mixing until well combined, about 1 minute.
3. Gradually add the powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Pour in the heavy cream, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Beat on high speed until the frosting is smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
