Ingredients
– 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
– 1/4 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
– 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
– 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Unfold the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 12 equal squares.
3. Press the squares into a mini muffin tin, gently pushing the dough up the sides to form cups.
4. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded chicken, hot sauce, and blue cheese (if using).
5. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly into the puff pastry cups.
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
7. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
8. Serve warm with extra hot sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
