Description

Crispy, golden-brown cauliflower florets tossed in a bold and tangy buffalo sauce make for an irresistible and easy-to-make appetizer. These Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are the perfect crowd-pleasing snack for game days, parties, or any time you need a tasty, vegetarian-friendly treat.

Ingredients

– 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/2 cup milk

– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

– 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon paprika

– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the flour and milk to create a batter.

3. In a separate shallow bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

4. Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, coating them evenly, then transfer them to the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

5. Arrange the breaded cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.

7. In a large bowl, toss the baked cauliflower florets with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

8. Serve the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites warm, with your favorite dipping sauces like blue cheese or ranch dressing.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can air fry the breaded cauliflower florets instead of baking. Adjust the cooking time as needed. You can also customize the heat level by adjusting the amount of buffalo sauce to your preference.
