Description

These Buffalo Chicken Fire Wonton Cups are the ultimate game day or party appetizer. Crispy wonton cups are filled with a creamy, spicy buffalo chicken mixture and topped with ranch dressing for a delicious flavor explosion in every bite.

Ingredients

– 12 wonton wrappers

– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1/4 cup ranch dressing, plus more for serving

– 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

2. Gently press the wonton wrappers into the muffin cups, pressing firmly into the sides and bottom to form a cup shape.

3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

4. In a medium bowl, shred the chicken using two forks. Add the buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and 1/4 cup ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.

5. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly into the baked wonton cups.

6. Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, until the filling is hot and bubbly.

7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions.

8. Serve the Buffalo Chicken Fire Wonton Cups warm, with extra ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

These wonton cups can be made in advance and baked just before serving. Store any leftover cups in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
