Ingredients
– 1 loaf of white or sourdough bread, cubed
– 1 cup unsalted butter
– 1 large onion, diced
– 3 celery stalks, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
– 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
– 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions
