Description

Tender Cajun-seasoned steak tips are simmered in a rich, creamy Parmesan sauce and served over a bed of al dente rigatoni pasta for a flavor-packed, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

– 1 lb steak tips, cut into 1-inch pieces

– 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 8 oz rigatoni pasta

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. – Season the steak tips with the Cajun seasoning.

2. – Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips and sear on all sides until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

3. – Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

4. – Reduce the heat to medium and add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic to the skillet with the steak tips. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

5. – Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat in the Parmesan sauce.

6. – Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier dish, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the Parmesan sauce. This recipe can also be made with other types of pasta, such as penne or fusilli.
