– 8 oz rigatoni pasta
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
– Salt and pepper to taste

4. – Reduce the heat to medium and add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic to the skillet with the steak tips. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
5. – Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat in the Parmesan sauce.
6. – Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the Parmesan sauce. This recipe can also be made with other types of pasta, such as penne or fusilli.
