Ingredients
– 1 cup Fireball whisky
– 3 packets unflavored gelatin
– 1 cup crushed candy canes
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, combine the Fireball whisky and gelatin. Allow the gelatin to bloom for 5 minutes.
2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 3-5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the crushed candy canes and granulated sugar until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 8×8-inch baking pan. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
