Ingredients
– 1 pint cherry tomatoes
– 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 20 fresh basil leaves
– 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Instructions
1. Thread a cherry tomato, a cube of mozzarella, and a basil leaf onto a toothpick or small skewer.
