Ingredients
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

– 2 tablespoons chia seeds

– 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions

2. – Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the shredded carrots, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.

Notes
For a creamier texture, you can add an extra splash of almond milk at the end. You can also use any milk of your choice. Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less maple syrup.
