Description

Ingredients

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 4 large eggs

– 1 cup milk

– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled


Instructions

1. – Preheat the oven to 425°F.

2. – In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, and milk until smooth.

3. – Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

4. – Pour the batter into the hot skillet and bake for 18-22 minutes, until the Dutch Baby is puffed and golden brown.

5. – Remove the skillet from the oven and immediately top the Dutch Baby with the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.

6. – Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and drizzle it over the top.
