Ingredients

– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 tsp dried oregano

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 8 large flour tortillas

– 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

1. 1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

2. 2. Add the cubed chicken and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and the garlic is fragrant, about 8-10 minutes.

3. 3. Remove the chicken and garlic from the heat and let cool slightly.

4. 4. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken and garlic with the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

5. 5. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.

6. 6. Fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and continue rolling up tightly to form a wrap.

7. 7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
