Ingredients

– 1 medium spaghetti squash, halved and seeded

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon dried thyme

– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

– Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the spaghetti squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet. Roast for 30-40 minutes, until tender.

2. – Scoop out the spaghetti squash strands and transfer to a large bowl.

3. – In a separate bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, thyme, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.

4. – Pour the cheese mixture over the spaghetti squash and stir to combine.
