Ingredients
– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
– 1 cup packed brown sugar
– 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
– 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
1. – Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. – In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
3. – Add the maple syrup and mix until well combined.
4. – Gradually stir in the flour until a dough forms.
5. – Scoop the dough by the tablespoonful and place them about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
6. – Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
7. – Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
