Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup warm water
– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
3. Roll the dough out and press it into a 10-inch cast iron skillet, pressing it up the sides to create a thick crust.
4. In a medium bowl, mix together the crushed tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough. Top with the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Let the pizza cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for 10 minutes before adding the toppings. Experiment with different cheese blends or additional toppings to customize the pizza to your liking.
