Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
– 1 cup marinara sauce
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. 2. In a shallow bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
