Description

Ingredients

– 3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

– 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes

– 1 tablespoon chili powder

– 1 teaspoon cumin

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. – In a large bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

3. – Transfer the sweet potato mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
