Ingredients
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tbsp chipotle chili powder
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1 cup ranch dressing
– 1 tbsp finely chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
– 4 large tortillas
– 1 cup shredded lettuce
– 1 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
