Ingredients
– 2 pounds fresh strawberries, washed and patted dry
– 12 ounces high-quality dark chocolate, chopped
– 2 tablespoons coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil (if using) together, stirring occasionally until smooth.
3. One by one, dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
4. Place the chocolate-dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet, arranging them in a bouquet-like display.
5. Refrigerate the chocolate covered strawberry bouquet for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has fully set.

Notes
For a thicker chocolate coating, dip the strawberries twice. You can also use milk chocolate or white chocolate instead of dark chocolate, depending on your preference. Store any leftover bouquet in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
