Ingredients
– 1 cup creamy peanut butter
– 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
– 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
– 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, crushed Butterfinger, and confectioners’ sugar until well combined.
2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. In a double boiler or microwave, melt the chocolate chips, stirring occasionally until smooth.
4. Using a fork or dipping tool, dip the peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate, coating them completely.
5. Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
