Description

Ingredients

– 2 cups crushed holiday cookies (such as gingerbread, shortbread, or sugar cookies)

– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

– 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

– 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping

– 1 cup crushed candy canes

– Powdered sugar for dusting


Instructions

1. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, evenly spread half of the crushed cookies to form the bottom layer.

2. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and beat until well combined.

3. Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and creamy.

4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cookie layer.

5. Top with the remaining crushed cookies.

6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

7. Before serving, dust the top with powdered sugar and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
