Description

Ingredients

– 12 hard-boiled eggs

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

– 1 teaspoon white vinegar

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

– Paprika, for garnish

– Chopped chives, for garnish


Instructions

1. – Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.

2. – Carefully scoop out the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.

3. – Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the yolks. Mash and mix until the filling is smooth and creamy.

4. – Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.

5. – Sprinkle the deviled eggs with paprika and chopped chives.

6. – Chill the filled eggs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a festive twist, you can add a small piece of fresh parsley or a tiny sprig of rosemary to the top of each deviled egg. You can also experiment with different seasonings, such as a dash of cayenne pepper or a sprinkle of garlic powder.
