Ingredients
– 2 cans (12.4 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
– 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Separate the cinnamon rolls and place them in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
4. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
6. Let cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle the reserved icing over the top.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra indulgent twist, try adding chopped pecans or a cream cheese frosting drizzle on top. This Cinnamon Roll Casserole can also be made the night before and baked in the morning.
