Ingredients
– 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
– 6 large eggs
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
– 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
– 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate and crimp the edges.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, Gruyère cheese, bacon, nutmeg, white pepper, and salt until well combined.
