Description

Indulge in the irresistible flavor of Cookie Butter (Biscoff) Buttercream! This quick and easy frosting recipe is perfect for topping cakes, cupcakes, and more with its rich, creamy texture and delightful cookie butter taste.

Ingredients

– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

– 1 cup cookie butter (Biscoff spread)

– 4 cups powdered sugar

– 2-3 tablespoons heavy cream or milk, as needed

– Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and cookie butter together until well combined and creamy.

2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating well after each addition until the mixture is light and fluffy.

3. If the buttercream seems too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of heavy cream or milk and beat until the desired consistency is reached.

4. Mix in a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.

5. Use the Cookie Butter (Biscoff) Buttercream to frost cakes, cupcakes, or other desserts as desired.

Notes

– For a more pronounced cookie flavor, you can add 1/4 cup of crushed Biscoff cookies to the buttercream.

– The buttercream can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature before using.
