Description

Crab Crescent Bites are a delightful and easy-to-make appetizer that combines the savory flavors of crab with flaky, buttery crescent roll dough. Perfect for parties, game days, or anytime you want a quick and tasty snack.

Ingredients

– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

– 1 (6 oz) can lump crab meat, drained and flaked

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 green onions, finely chopped

– 1 (8 oz) can crescent roll dough

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. – In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, and green onions until well combined.

3. – Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Place a heaping tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

4. – Tightly roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point. Place the filled crescent rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

5. – Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.

6. – Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a crispy top, brush the crescent rolls with a beaten egg or melted butter before baking. You can also sprinkle them with a little extra Parmesan cheese.
