Description

Crab Rangoon Nachos are a delicious fusion dish that combines the creamy, savory flavors of crab rangoon with the crunch and versatility of nachos. These easy-to-make appetizers are perfect for parties, game days, or a quick snack.

Ingredients

– 12 wonton wrappers, cut into triangles

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 6 oz lump crab meat, drained and flaked

– 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

1. In a skillet, fry the wonton wrapper triangles in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per batch. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

2. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and crab meat until well combined.

3. Arrange the fried wonton chips on a serving plate or baking sheet. Top with the crab rangoon mixture, shredded cheese, and green onions.

4. Bake at 375°F for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Serve the Crab Rangoon Nachos warm, with additional green onions and a side of sweet chili sauce or ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.

Notes

For a spicier version, add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the crab mixture. You can also substitute shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese for the mozzarella.
